Ani-Magic at the Oregon Zoo

 Portland, OR……Pacific Festival Ballet is proud to be celebrating its 15th season of producing a community-based Nutcracker in the Portland area. The "Ani-Magic" Dance, Music & Magic" celebration will take place at The Oregon Zoo, Cascade Banquet Center. Highlighting the "Ani-Magic" celebration will be a fabulous sit down dinner, silent auction, music and dance. In addition, there will be a Magic show, arts and crafts for children, dancing by Pacific Festival Ballet's Jr. & Senior Youth Company choreographed by Lisa Sundstom, former soloist with American Ballet Theater, New York and principal at Pennsylvania Ballet. Tickets ($50-adults, $35-children include food and drink) are available at the Pacific Festival Ballet studio located at 4620 SW Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy., Portland, OR by phone: 503-977-1753. Proceeds benefit the Pacific Festival Ballet's community-based 2007 Nutcracker school field trips production as well as PFB's "Reach Out!" programs (dance camps for financially disadvantaged children, free community performances and dance scholarships). Pacific Festival Ballet is the resident ballet company of Portland Dance Academy, which offers a comprehensive dance program for all ages.
